Project Controls

Required

  • Understanding of Primavera P6 and MS Project

 

Preferable

  • Basic understanding of project scheduling and cost control

  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas)

  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze project data and prepare reports

  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

  • Knowledge of critical path analysis and resource loading

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Understanding of construction project phases and deliverables

  • Exposure to PMIS platforms (e.g., Procore, SharePoint)

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment

BIM Coordinator

Required

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage

  • Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and model-based collaboration

  • Ability to create, manage, and update BIM models per project standards

  • Experience in clash detection and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams

  • Basic understanding of construction sequencing and project coordination

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other visualization tools

  • Experience working with point cloud data and as-built modeling

  • Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and LOD requirements

  • Experience collaborating on cloud platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC, Revizto)

  • Understanding of design and construction documentation workflows

  • Exposure to coordination meetings and model review sessions

  • Interest in learning automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python for Revit)

Document Control

Required

  • Proficient in document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, ACC, ProjectWise) Manage project documentation workflows including submittals, RFls, and transmittals.

  • Create and maintain logs, trackers, and status reports for timely deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and agency documentation standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors, designers, and client reps for approvals.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and close-out documentation.

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
